Who we are

La Belle Shows is an entertainment agency based in Casablanca, Morocco. It is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at book@labelleshows.tech.

What we collect

Artists: your name, email, WhatsApp number, date of birth, nationality, country and city, Instagram, artist categories and styles, height, hair colour, dress size, availability dates, experience, photos, showreel and portfolio links, your CV, and the applications you send.

Artists who are booked: the signed contract and its signature record, and the passport and travel details needed to arrange the trip.

Clients: the name, contact details and event details you send through the enquiry form.

Everyone: the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember the language you chose. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits and loading speed without cookies and without identifying you (Vercel Analytics).

Why

To consider you for castings and contracts, to contact you about them, and to run the bookings you ask us for. When a new casting opens, artist accounts get one email about it; you can switch these off in your profile or from the link in the email. News and offers are sent only if you ask for them.

Who sees it

The La Belle Shows team. When you apply for a casting, your profile may be shared with the venue or client running that show.

Our service providers process data for us and only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and anonymous visit counts), Supabase (sign-in and database), Cloudinary (photos and CVs), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (the security check on the sign-in forms). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. You can delete your account yourself from “Your data” in your account, which removes your profile, photos, CV, applications and messages at once; or ask us and we do it within 30 days.

Passport scans and travel details are deleted automatically 90 days after your contract ends. Signed contracts are kept as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can see and edit most of your profile yourself from your account, and download a copy of your data or delete your account from “Your data”. To correct something you cannot edit, or object to how your data is used, write to book@labelleshows.tech. These rights come from Moroccan law 09-08 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
